A big thank-you to all the participants of my Self-Discovery workshop in Tinakilly Country House. It was a glorious day and we had an enjoyable, self-discovering time.
So much so that I have decided to run another workshop on Sunday 7 July from 2 to 5, this time using the theme 'Nourishment'. Cost €30 pp including refreshments.
